GST Compliance Tool

The compliance tool is an all-in-one engine for GST. It will enable the user to know about their filing status online.

Problem statement / Goals to achieve

• The Compliance tool will provide a complete GST health check report for a GSTIN.

• It will let the user engage in signup leading to acquiring more data.

• To get new users toward the product and to enhance the performance of the GSTINs on filing data.

Solution

Developing a Compliance tool which will be an all-in-one engine that enables users to download, reconcile, generate and report insights also recommend actions to file the un-filed months.

Steps to get the user engage in the product

1. We will request the user to enter the GSTIN and Phone number and let them get started in the compliance tool

2. We will display the GST health check report and will intimate the user to

Sign up /login into the product to know more details and also to download the report.

3. Now to know more about the report, we will ask the user to get into our product.

Bottomline

This experiment taught me quite a few things

1. Keep your metric precise.

2. Adding Tooltips would solve more of the user problems.

3. Keep your designs simple which will help the user to navigate easily.
