Hi, I'm Harthi, a UX and Service Designer based in Bangalore, India.

I believe great design starts with understanding people. I take projects from early research through to polished, high-fidelity interfaces, with a sharp eye for detail and a firm commitment to delivering on time and with the customer in mind.

My background in computer engineering gives me a practical understanding of how designs come to life, so my work is always thoughtful and buildable. Early in my career, I worked alongside customer care teams to hear users' challenges firsthand, a habit that still shapes my approach to every project.

Today, I independently lead client design projects, delivering both UX and UI from start to finish. My grounding in psychology and service design lets me look beyond the screen and design for the complete experience people have with a product.
