Launchpad

Launchpad is the homepage for the Cleartax GST user. Precisely designed as a Navigation page for the user to have a decent roadmap on his purpose of using the project.

Goals to achieve

• To provide engaging Onboarding experience for new users and to increase conversion by highlighting benefits.

• To educate the user about the features and new updates in the product.

Research

Primary we researched what Launchpad should contain, then tried to get possible answers for certain questions :

1. Who gonna use the launchpad

- New and Existing users of our product

2. What features should exist and how we gonna list it?

- we gonna divide the features based on 3 sections

• Frequently used features

• Newly launched features

• Product updates

• News or Updates about the projects.

Solutions

Our static launchpad will contain multiple cards for each section which will navigate to its own page in the product.

1. Feature discovery cards

These cards will be highlighting the features in the software.

2. Action cards

These cards will help user to explore other components of the software.

3. Other products and News / Update

The user will be redirected to the respective websites by clicking the cards
